Pikachu had jumped over the rock that Ash and co. hid behind and Jessie thought it was turning itself over to them. Pikachu's face was hidden in the shadow, then it gave them this evil and Meowth screamed "I think it's mad!" and Pikachu blasted them off!
Only scene that's funnier than that was Jessie capturing Seviper. Damn, she went berserk on that thing!
