I am still mad about this.
Ampharos is one of my favorite Pokémon. All they did is just add hair. Even for MegaAbsol they put more effort, this is just fucking lazy. I don't want to like it ironically because it looks goofy, I want a badass electric sheep-dragon!

It's exactly as "badass" as an electric sheep-dragon could possibly be. Kids like you are the reason we've had two and a half gens of stale "badass" dragons instead of more inventive designs like Latias and Kingdra. There's more to a good pokemon than just how cool it makes you feel. You don't even have to like it ironically, just learn to appreciate the humour or absurdity of certain designs, and you'll find yourself warming to a lot more pokemon.

op that design is actually quite brilliant. Lightning is very god-like in japanese mythology. and it shows on other anime characters and shit. take mgr Raiden for example, fierce, white hair. or even kakashi from naruto. white hair. typically if a person weilds electricity itll white out your hair and spike it out. the only characters with these traits that lack white hair i can think of is tekken characters like jin and kazuya. but anyway the way the hair looks is a great feature i assure you, from a mythological standpoint. also it has more defined prods on its head for channeling electricity. its face shows arrogance because it is souless like a demon. and the red spheres typically represent evil. that thing is very intimidating i assure you. so initimidating the ten year old kids in pokemon world will shit their asian/french pants from looking at it.

Probably a yellowish white color to match a slightly darker body. Shinies don't tend to be all that different from their normal counterparts, which is a shame.

That's not the main problem faggot. The problem is they gave it's Mega shitty abilities. I mean mold breaker and a dragon typing which I will not even count since something like Mawile got fairy slapped on it's non mega form.

It's stats are still shit and it's ability is something ground types benefit more from. Basically they fucked up.

I think Ampharos shouldn't have a mega and his final form is reformed to look just like that, but his ears stay the same as regular ampharos. Also species is the sage or sophisticated pokemon. Also when I first seen it I thought he had a beard, I kinda still wish it was a beard.
