My girlfriend decided to play Pokemon Soulsilver all of her own - it being basically her first game. So I thought I could give her a cute Pokemon gift. And I presented her this one, Skitty. She of course loved it. However, Skitty's (and Delcatty's) stats are quite low and I don't know if it will be of any use to her.

So what do I do? Do I just go ahead and give her a Skitty, or should I give her something else?
