New 3DS Dev Kits

No.13403842 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
So at the company I work at, we work on game production, and we develop indie games for various companies. We're well known in the industry but only on indie design.

So last week we got sent a new dev kit for what looks like to be a new version of the 3DS. It doesn't turn on unless attached through USB, and it doesn't play games unless a load a file through SD cards.

When it came in the package, it didn't have a name, nor does it have information on what it does, but what it can do is display GBA, NDS, and 3DS games. The thing that shocked me is that Pokemon Pinball: RS runs flawlessly on it.

I just wanted to give a sneak preview at what could possibly be a new 3DS that can play games from GBA and on-wards.
