armaldo's "ears" are its actual eyes and cradily's "teeth" are its actual eyes

unless that's the point you're trying to make in this post but why wouldn't you just switch where it says "eyes" and "tooth" to make the point

When I first played Ruby, I thought it was a full shark that just had a proportionately enormous head. Looking at the front sprite, my brain didn't even consider that it was half of a shark and thought that the side fin on the left was the tip of its tail. I quickly realized my mistake once I had one, though.

It is too inclined to be a mouth, and most of its fan art depict it as a nose. I couldn't find any screenshots from any revealed trailer so far that proves that it is indeed a nose, so we cant be sure for now, but from the looks of it, it is gonna be a nose.

Cartoon or not, if they indeed intended it to be a mouth, they could easily draw something that fits with its face proportions and the angle of the picture.
