I mean these are being which create and destroy universes, warp reality, create life from nothing, and even are immune to death (Ghost types)
Everyone thinks of them as animals due to the anime, but they're not. They're sentient beings that happen to coexist on the same planet as other sentient beings. One had the idea to conquer, the others had the idea to help out the conquerors.
