First and foremost I'd like to warn you that I am not trolling, I just happen to have very uncommon opinions and tastes (at least if the status quo is the same as when I left).
So I am just right now returning to this board after I don't even remember how many yeasrs (2?) because I was playing the Sagred Gold hack and I felt nostalgic and felt like visiting /vp/ I never really stopped coming to 4chan, only to this board.

Anyway, this was just a blog warm-up for what I am going to say next, and this is what is supposedly uncommon. I am really sad the best generation ever is never going to be remade with enhanced graphics, new pokémon, and FOR GOD'S SAKE the best thing ever done to the franchise: the physical/special split in moves. Ladies and gentlemen, I am talking about the 3rd gen. Hated by many, for reasons never comprehended by me, Hoenn was a magical experience when I was growing up, and I don't mean to say that I am young by any means. I was born in 1991, so I was with pokémon since gen 1, but no other gen captivated me like gen 3. Also, I can't argue about "all that water" because I loved it (also the only gen with dive as an HM) and also trumpets, because I play the trumpet myself.

I know this is maybe frowned upon here in /vp/ by many, but as a small token of well meaning and happiness, can we have a gen III appreciation thread? I mean I haven't been here for ages and I'd really appreciate that. I am also quite sad that it never got remade and probably never will, specially for the nintendo ds. I won't be ever able to buy a 3ds and there will never be any good, if at all emulators for it.

Also pic related, it was this banner that activated all of my nostalgia and feels about gen 3. For me Gen 3 = best gen, regardless of what you say.
