daily reminder that Mega forms are a gimmick marketed to 13 year old boys, that will never be used becuase of how situational they are, and prevent any older pokemon from getting evos.

No, it's a gimmick for older fans; notice how many Pokemon that have one are from the first three gens, and then how the list being passed around from the Nintendo trademarking is filled with Pokemon from Gen I through III.

Daily reminder that the trading to evolve requirement is a gimmick to force you to buy a 2nd cart, find a friend with a different copy of the same game or go online to trade and existed since the first gen. They will never remove it and only been added more requirements to it such as item holding and even trading for an exact Pokemon.

There will always be features that you will hate. If you don't like it then don't buy the game. About time for you to grow up.

This is exactly what I hope they don't do with other Pokemon. They should reserve Mega Evos for Pokemon with either three stages or Pokemon with already decently high stats. Mawile has neither.
