There's no getting past a quadsuit being a person on 4 legs and stilt arms, but with enough padding you can make the illusion of an actual animal shape.
And many make heads like normal futsuit heads where you see out the eyes or mouth, but do you REALLY want to walk on all fours with your head turned back the whole time instead of straight? How fix? Angle the head, see out the neck so you want to look at the floor to begin with.
It's sad to see people spend so much time on something and having it look awful just because they didn't plan the end result.
