It seems to me that a lot of psychic Pokemon and humanoid pokemon would be considered at least human in intelligence, but there are also cases like Meowth(anime) and Pikachu(anime) that are also quite intelligent.
Sometimes it feels like Pikachu is the smartest little fuck out of everyone sometimes.
I've always been curious about this, there isn't that much on this.
