Finally getting that Modest Feebas in Ruby to max Beauty was the greatest feeling of accomplishment I've had in Pokemon yet. I wouldn't do it again, but that once, it was worth it.

Well with the new EV training system it's going to be a lot easier for even casuals/kids who don't really know how to play Pokemon correctly to do it. So I figure why not?

You can put some kind of flags where for example we have:

>If pokémon has x IVs it evolves
>If pokémon doesn't have them it doesn't evolve

Kinda like Tyrogue. I get it. It'd probably only be a possibility if there was an early accessible way to check IVs in game. It'd be really annoying to have to train those things up to 30 only to find out it won't evolve.
