What if... now bear with me...
The Original Dragon is Gen 6 as Mega Kyurem.
Have Black Kyurem or White Kyurem hold the White Kyuremite or Black Kyuremite, each of which contains DNA for the missing dragon.

It's explained in BW2 that kyurem is the shell of the original dragon, and that Reshiram/Zekrom were originally within kyurem. That's what black/white kyurem is, half of the original dragon restored.
