Yeah.

I actually sent a letter to NOA corporate commenting that they should get a bigger TV for the Nintendo World Store for events like their E3 broadcasts, and the literally shipped the letter back to me saying they cant accept unsolicited materials as though I had sent a proposal for a game or soemthing.
