from what we currently know, it is an HD picture of blaziken fighting lucario. we know that it was shown as a teaser right after a little video of pikachu going around every single pokemon game through every system. after pikachu made it to two 3ds's, it ended and the teaser was shown.
but let's dig a bit deeper. the first major thing to note is that Blaziken and Lucario will both receive mega-forms in X and Y, and are both types. Current speculation thinks that the next big pokemon game after X and Y will be a fighting game on the wii u. this would make sense, as the teaser is in HD and a pokemon fighting game does sound plausible. except that there's a little snag in that thinking. Pokemon is all about typing advantages, and in a fighting game that sort of thinking is obsolete. also, if it was to be a fighting game think about the roster. a good amount of pokemon are non-bipedal creatures that really wouldn't fit in a fighting game.
the more plausible guess of what it will turn out to be is a new colosseum like game. the city that was shown has a fighting type symbol on a building, suggesting that it is a fighting type gym. the city ALSO has a pokecenter. the only detail that people might get caught up on is that there is a lucario put in the position that a trainer's pokemon is usually shown. but let us remember that in the collesusm games, you don't get a starter and instead an umbreon or an espeon
