Annoying is shit like Tentacruel spamming protect in the rain, Poison Heal Gliscor or choice scarf Jirachi spamming Iron Head, not that. But if you still wanna try it, Hippowdown has Sand Stream, SR and Whirlwind, so it's pretty good at that. Forretress has TSpikes, Spikes, Rapid Spin and Volt Switch, give it a Red Card for extra annoyance. Blissey can pass wishes. Gliscor, Jirachi, Kyu-B, Skarmory, Scizor, Rotom-W, Yawn Gastrodon... they are all annoying in their own way and work well with this kind of strategy. Magnezone can remove pokes that otherwise give you trouble, like Ferrothorn and Skarmory.
