You always hear other guys go "That stupid cutesy thing, I want to punt it" so I'm not sure why the person there being a girl warrants a "Who would have thought." Being that it's usually the other way around, at least in my experience.
Then again, I'm sure people do things like murder their sims or beat up their digital pets equally, so it doesn't seem worth pointing out who's hands they are.
