Also, we didn't get them back because he confessed he had stolen them. His parents told us that he had come home and said that he went and bought some Pokémon cards on his way home, but fortunely his parents got doubtful when they saw that he had this massive 5 inch pile of cards with him.

where i used to live as a child all the kids in the area would hang out together but there was a separate group asshole kids that would smash up the dens that everyone made just because they could and some of those guys stole some of my cards but i felt like i couldn't be sad about it and that it was a fair comeuppance since i'd stolen some cards in the past when i was swayed by greed and always felt guilty about that.
