Feraligatr: Water/Fighting possibly? Could work if fairy is SE against fighting. It only really needs one in the hypothetical situation where the other two get them.
Noctowl: Sometimes I still forget it isn't flying/psychic.
Ampharos: Electric/Dragon

Sunflora: It's a stretch, but there are tales of walking plants that relate to or include fairies. Maybe.
Dunsparce: Can't say I completely disagree with people wanting Dragon typing.
Lugia: Water/Psychic. Always.
