I want stockpiling fortress for battle frontier etc. What do you think: Hp + Atk, Hp + Spd, Hp + Defences or standard Atk + Spd? I wanted to teach it Rest, Stockpile, Poison Fang for some damage and 30% badly poisoned status + elemental fang for coverage. I was aiming for Adamant nature, but fuck, this IVs are so good I don't know if I'll be able to get that great results again. I was also thinking about "hybrid EV spread": just enough for 200 Spd (baton passed agility would allow to outspeed 130 base speed pokemon), about 300 Hp, lot of Atk and the rest in Def.

Technically your DWF section is a little confused, considering some male starters were never released and some non-starters were never released as females. I'm just nitpicking but I wanted to say it.
WFC means Wi-fi Club, not Center.
I want to suggest adding a line about how mystery eggs are supposed to be donations if you can make it fit. I regularly see people being all apologetic about asking for mystery eggs and having nothing in return, suggesting they can trade you stuff from their other games or stuff like that. It's even more awkward when someone actually accepts such an offer or expects compensation for his mystery eggs, although that's very rare.
I also think you should change the last section from '"Checking IVs" to "pokécheck" which will allow you to add a little something about how pokécheck is what's currently the best way to do a legality check and therefore is standard for trading rare stuff like shiny pokémons or events. And add a line about how people with flashcards can upload to pokécheck stuff with ribbons in order to get that legality check.
Anyways it's pretty damn good, I'll start thinking of what we could add.

Also as someone said before, It's HG so no Coil.
The biggest problem are EVs. I simply can't decide which set to use. I can even accept neutral nature, it's for playing against stupid AI anyway. In competitive play my Arbok would be OHKO'd by single Earthquake or Psychic, no matter how good would it be.
