OH wow
I remember doing bug fights with some friends when I was a kid
Got lotsa stories and tips:
- Mantis aren't as good as you would think they are, they are inconsistent as fuck and not being able to sneak up or go full ninja is a great disadvantage
- Most non web-based spiders rely on brute strength in order to handle opponents to bite them (Tarantulas are scary as fuck, but if they are against a poisonous enemy and somehow fuck up the grapple, pray for no free sting)
- Web-based spiders are divided on 2 categories: wingless butterfly and Sodomizer. the latter one is that kinda spiders with long feet and huge amounts of web that can imprison bugs and bite them when they are inmobilized.
- (Fighting) Beetles are bulky suplex, those things can obliterate pretty much everything with no poison, and even then the other bug has to get lucky and sting him in between the legs and carapace (the belly is also soft, but thats gotta be one stupid beetle if he ends up upside down, also most cant get up)
- Scorpions are the bane of beetles, they are able of outsuplexing them (as long as they are within the same weight range) and their stingers have long range and are way safer than those of bees, wasps or spiders. That being said, most scorpions are get something, give something, either they learn how to outsuplex oppnonents or they end up relying on brute strength (only works for those bigass nigger hard carapace scorpions)
- Bees are shite
- Common wasps can put up some fight against some bugs, but they rarely, if ever, win against the stronger ones. Killer Wasps, Giant Wasps and African Wasps were out of my range, so I have no idea on how they work. (although most vids show them being baller as fuck)
I used mostly medium sized scorpions, they are relatively easy to find and although not as bulky as the hard black ones they can still suplex everything.
>tfw no-name scorpion outsuplexes rich friend's daddy's bought goliath beetle and procceds to sting the fucker to death
