Mewtwo does not need one but it's a fucking artificial pokémon built to be super-powerful so, it deserves it.
For Blaziken I don't know I never used it outside my cartridge

But Metagross, is so powerful without being a legendary, it doesn't need or deserve it.

How about Mega Rayquaza? Poor guy needs better stats. Make him Dragon/Steel with Levitate too, wouldn't want him to be too weak.

Metagross could use some love. Nerfing explosion hurt it.
Genesect getting shift gear is a sign that maybe GF could distrubute to ther mons, like metagross.
I just hope that if they do, they dont give it to pokemon that really dont need to be anymore overused, like scizor
