>>13474755I think he's a cool-looking pokemon, but he's just too weak. I'm currently using one in a firered nuzlocke, and I've never used one before. His moves are shit (but he gets some decent ones with TMs and HMs).
If he were really fast, with some decent bug/poison moves, and had a decent attack, I'd probably use him for real.
