Naturally wont work for Masterballs, maybe make up some bullshit reason like "The masterball is too powerful of a pokeball to swtich!" or something

That may not seem like much. However, if you're going through a bigass cave, how many times are you gonna use that Repel? A whole bunch. Suddenly, that 7 seconds is starting to seem like a real inconvenience.

Pokeballs can be the default if you don't want to use one in your bag or don't have any, but I hate how there's all those cool entry effects for different balls but bred pokemon have to use the bland pokeball one

Pressing the down key in an encounter will put the focus on the run button.

In B2/W2 you have to press right/left/down and then go to run.
