First of all
Grass should be resistance to Poison
Bugs should be weak to Poison
Why the hell is Poison weak to Psychic and resist Fighting???? Fck this game it just makes its own rules of nature.

They were in Gen 1. They changed it afterwards to mimic how bugs in the real world became resistant to pesticides.

You can poison grass. Psychics can get rid of poison mentally. It resists fighting because have you ever tried to fight poison, doesn't work very well.

Offensively, maybe make it Super-Effective against Bug again. Let it hit Water for Super-Effective as well. The justification could be "Water gets polluted by Poison" or something like that. If the rumors are true, then Poison being Super-Effective against Fairy could be a big plus.

Steel types are very common and are Poison's biggest counter due to being immune. Maybe let Steel resist Poison instead of being immune?

Note, it's probably a good thing I'm not in charge of balance.
