Heal Room
Reverses the effects of healing moves for 4-5 turns. (i.e Wish does damage, Heal Pulse does damage) and also reverses health items (i.e Leftovers does damage, Sticky Barb heals)

A negative priority baton pass. Allows the passer to take a hit, and then switch in a pokemon. It doesn't pass boosts or anything, it just acts as a safe switch so the new pokemon can come in without taking a hit.

Vocalnic Storm (it sounds like and edgy name but I don't have imagination)
Fire based move with 50% chance of paralizing the target.

It's based on volcanos that can cause thunder storms under certain conditions.

Okay this may sound stupid, but how about a weather condition called... i dunno, call it haze.

In haze, all ghost, water, bug, dark and grass attacks gain 50% accuracy and 30% damage, while normal, psychic, fire and earth attacks lose 30% accuracy and 50% damage.
Additionally, steel types get both their defenses lowered by 50%, but get a chance to poison their opponents on contact (rust).

Solar beam needs 2 turns to charge up, thunder always paralyzes and hits all targets.

Way too stupidly strong. Not only is it a buff to 5 completely different types, but you then weaken the things that resist these types. There would be no reason to not run a team based on this weather or even use other weather types because of how broken this is. Also steel has its defenses lowered by 50%, have fun with those dragon types

I like it. Give to slow bulky mons so that they can act as a sponge for frail sweepers.

To balance it out. Make the mount user count for DEF/SP. DEF and SPEED. and on top of that, Speed is cut by half because it's lugging around some fatfuck Pokemon. One more thing. If the mount user faints Both Pokemon faint at once.

The only way to unmount after mounting would be to switch out. which would switch both out at once. Seems fair, considering the move essentially gives the mount user any attacking moves on the team, in addition to that Pokemon's attacking stats.

Ghost Phase (or something like that)
Ghost Type
User is immune to all physical attacks for 5 turns but takes 1.5x damage from everything else (including status conditions and entry hazards in case of baton pass), user's weight is also 0 during this phase

Concrete Phase (lel)
either Normal or Ground Type
User is immune to all special attacks for 5 turns but takes 1.5x damage from everything else (same as before), user's weight is also doubled during this phase

Rock Block
A non-damaging rock move that, when used, prevents both opponents from switching out for four turns.

Toss
A damaging rock type move that throws either a random ally if one's available or a random opponent at his target, dealing damage based on the thrown ally/opponent's weight. If there's no-one available to throw at the target or it's a single battle, the user simply throws a normal rock at the foe.

Frostbite

They work just like Stealth Rock, but there can only be one element of hazards on the field at once (so basically Ice Spikes negate Stealth Rock, Iron Barbs negate Ice Spikes, and so on).

A 3 turn countdown begins for the Pokemon that used it, similar to a Perish Song that doesn't hit the opponent. During this time, any healing moves used get stored instead of working. At the end of the countdown, the Pokemon faints and all healing moves used are passed to another of your Pokemon. It can be used to revive fainted Pokemon.
