Why is Team Rocket so hell bent on catching Ash's Pikachu when CLEARLY in Episode 39(Pikachu's Good Bye) there's a whole fucking forest filled with Pikachu?!

They should've had Team Rockets final episode be they catch the pikachu and deliver it to the boss and hes just like "1 pikachu? You think I give a shit?" and throws it out and it goes back to Ash.

Red (manga) is ash's older brother and Red sent his pikachu to protect Ash because he's not really smart. Thats why pikachu is so overpowered. Red also asked Brock and misty to help him out in his travels as well.
