I get that he's supposed to be flamboyant but something as simple as changing the color of his horn so it's not the same as his skin/fur or scaling down the eyebrow things would make it much more tolerable. He's also pretty unnecessary as the fourth member of a Three Musketeers trio (which are themselves pretty questionable).

Terrakion has the most retarded set of horns imaginable. They don't look menacing, practical or appealing in the slightest. The horns are paper thin and look like they should barely be holding together.
Cobalion is a fucking clusterfuck. It has fish fins, carrots on its head, some weird little rat face and weird ass fucking hooves.
Virizion is the least bad out of all of them. It suffers from what the others suffer from. Silly little details that just detract from everything like the paper airplane horns and the damn neck tumor.
