Matt walks into the TR base, almost knocking everything over as he runs ecstatically
"YAAHOO! I'm back haha~" he shouts as a tinge of red flushes his excited face.
The Team Rocket grunts look at each other in bewilderment as he makes in return.
"Me and Lobos have been training on Mt. Silver, let's just say we got bored of all those weak pokemon after a while. Lobos has definitely gotten stronger, and so have I. We're ready to take on anyone. Hmph."
