Do you think you need a required skill to be good at Pokemon or is the game more of a luck-based system?
I see they're trying to fix this in 6th gen by no longer making paralysis a permanent status ailment.
I'm not trolling, I'm just genuinely curious if anyone believes competitve Pokemon is luck-based more than actual skill. I think it requires a handful of skill, but luck does contribute to the factor.
