guys ive been playing black 2 for a while and i defeated clay.my flaaffy evolved and since then it "comes back"in the middle of battles its not an abillty or move.how do i fix?

What game are you playing? It depends. In B2W2 you can only catch HO-oh if you swim past this certain block and he will swoop down and you can challenge him but only if your team is all at level 100.
