This is no different from the daily "leaks" threads on /vp/. For example notice that he copy/pasted that list of trademarked pokémon for "mega evolutions" and add some of his own.
Besides if he actually had access to the game, like his knowledge seems to imply, then how come he calls Froakie, Fennekina d Chespin's evolutions "the evolutions of the starters" instead of calling them by the name, just like the pokémon from other regions?
Because it's fake.
