Not only do they show something that just about confirms they are both leaving, but it appears Iris is battling Clair in her gym, and that would mean she is in Johto now. (and you know what happens to characters when they go to Johto) Brock should be at Pewter, so it would be easy for Cilan to go there once they reach Kanto. The question is, why is he there?
The XY animation seems to have made Ash look older, although in some instances, he's still acting way too excited. Froakie is intense, though I'm not getting my hopes up on that. After Osha, I'm not doing that. Especially for a Water type. Even if Ash does get it, it'll never evolve because they hate Water starters for some reason. Even seeming to be the new Buizel wouldn't reflect well on it because it didn't evolve either.
