Level that badboy up with Exp. Share until he gets to a point where he won't learn any new moves for a while (mid-20s seems to be standard, at least with the stuff I breed) then stick him with a ladyfriend. Then there will be nothing but happiness.

Because as he learns new moves by leveling up, old moves will be overwritten. You don't want to go through the trouble of breeding in egg moves just to have them overwritten in half your batch, do you?

If you're playing B2/W2, putting an Everstone on the parent with Impish will yield babies with Impish 100% of the time. The father Skarmory will pass on egg moves.

If you're playing a previous gen or B/W, this works differently. Though I think the odds of getting Impish offspring from an Impish parent holding an Everstone is like 50%.
