>>13520622I would incorporate sound-based moves into a new Wind-type. Wind-types can be pokemon that use the air to make whirlwinds/razor winds (like birds), and pokemon that use noise/sound moves (like Whismur/Noivern).
Flying-types are renamed as Aerial-type. Aerial-type pokemon are like the Winged-Beast type in Yu-Gi-Oh - basically a Normal-type with the ability to fly or levitate. Aerial-types get STAB on wing moves and aerial moves like Hi Jump Kick and Bounce.
So, how would pokemon be retyped?
>Farfetch'd- can fly
- can use aerial attacks
- doesn't use wind based attacks
- becomes Aerial-type
> Exploud- cannot fly
- cannot use aerial attacks
- uses sound attacks
- Normal/Wind type
etc.
