These are all the shinies I got, in order. I found the second Crobat during a Randomizer Nuzlocke. It could have been literally any of the 386 Pokémon, but I found a shiny that I already had. It was infuriating.

I was a faggot and hacked shinies in diamond and pearl, mostly the ones I liked. Never transferred them over because they didnt feel real, even though they were just as legit as any other pokemon.

I did catch a shiny mincinno, which was my first legit one. Didnt have the same impact anymore since I could already have whatever I wanted. Don't think I ever traded that one over so he's gone forever since I deleted the save.

I remember seeing another shiny shortly after but it killed itself, but I didnt care enough to even remember what it was.

Then I found a shiny pawniard, caught that shit fast because it was blue. Shitty nature, but I plan to trade it over to X&Y and evolve it.

A venonat during a bug catching contest when i was just grinding killing bugs for a psychic type pokemon, game save got corrupted and i lost him, along with all my other bros.
second was an masuda method eevee i hatched, named him Zidane and he is an umbreon now, kinda wish i would have waited until i saw shiny Sylveon, but whatever, i love my blue ring umbreon
3rd was a shiny metapod i found during a nuzlock run, he is now an awesome green eyed butterfree

Never caught a shiny pokemon before, and in the last 3 months or so, I caught 4. All of em on legit games on the lowest possible rate.

First one was a Herdier on Wite2, then a couple weeks later Hoppip on a Soul Silver nuzlocke run.
Then pic related, a couple of weeks ago in another SS nuzlocke. And just last week I caught a shiny ditto in a Leaf Green nuzlocke.

I had looked it up before and everywhere it said that shiny ditto just evolves into a copy of the other pokemon.

Since I rng my Pokemon for competitive use, I can get a shiny of whatever I want, whenever I want, and the whole shiny thing has unfortunately just lost its charm for me.

I was looking for that elusive chimeco on mt. pyre for like two hours when I found mine. I don't think I ever found the chimeco.

Also have a parasect and a boldore.

I have a shiny Shinx in Platinum and a shiny Golurk in Black 2. Used to have shiny Beedrill and Raticate in Gold a long time ago but I lost them when the internal battery died.

I caught the shiny Kakuna in a Bug Catching Contest and got a nice Berry for my last place.

I actually found a red Gyarados in Ruby, thinking it was just an Easter egg throwback to GSC. I was low on Pokeballs, a mistake that aby child like me would've never made again afterwards. I had to end up killing it, luckily it's the most common shiny.
Years later I found a shiny machoke right as I was about to walk out of Victory Road in LG, that was an amazing feeling catching it after my previous failure to do so. Then in Emerald I found a shiny poochyena, how I wish it was a usable Pokemon... In white version my first encounter in Chargestone was a shiny Klink, which was cool.

After that I learned how to RNG so now I make em' effortlessly.

I caught a Shiny Pikachu on Emerald without even knowing about for years. I noticed it when I was transfering Pokemon from my GBA editions to my Pearl.

I propably caught it when I was catching masses of Pikachus because I wanted a Light Ball.
