which are the best HM slaves, /vp/?

having two HM slaves to split the work is fine but I don't want to resort to smeargles

HMs are such bullshit that I just used Pokegen to make a level 100 wonderguard Sableye that knows fly, surf, strength, and cut. (It's 100 and wonderguard in case of an emergency and all my other pokes faint.)

HMs are such bullshit. There should be move tutors that teach your pokemon the ability to fly/surf/move rocks/cut trees without it being an actual move.

Aside from the obvious Tropius and Bibarel, Skarmory, Krabby and Ducklett/Pelipper(Same coverage) are pretty good and aren't hard to find.

Golduck. He can learn every single water move, (surf, whirlpool, waterfall, etc) and all of the physical ones, (strength, rock climb, etc.) Not real sure if he can learn cut though.
