That is probably the most specific general statement I have ever heard
It's like you had scientists try to come up with something nice to say about it that nobody could argue with
But latios/latias kyogre/groudon and zangoose/serviper are all better

I mean, I like her as much as the next guy, but she's by no means Lucario level. Neither is Ampharos for that matter but there aren't too many super popular pokemon from gen 2
