What exactly makes a good romhack? I've heard of too many that presume to change types because THAT'S THE WAY IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE MY AUTISM SAID SO. Changing levels doesn't really do anything because all you do is level grind more. Make it so high there is no way to grind up to it? That will either make it impossible to win, or force you to only use powerful pokemon, and depending on if you provided them or not, that may or may not be fair, either. It's common mentality of fan hacks to make things harder, but how hard does the game have to be to satisfy you? I will definitely call foul on changing types, though. That junk is BS no matter what you do.
