Create a held item that multiplies the Speed and Sp. Attack of butterfly and moth Pokemon by 1.5x.

Gigalith gets the Super Rock ability and Aggron gets an ability that allows it to resist the first super-effective attack it's dealt in a battle.

No. Drapion and Carnivine don't make any sense being Dragon Type. Drapion is a Scorpion and Carnivine is a Venus Fly Trap. If anything, Carnivine should be Grass/Flying. That held item is a terrible idea as well. Would you want a volcarona holding that item?

For the love of god, fucking give Bronzong Heal Bell. The pokemon is literally a fucking bell. You won't believe how livid I was when I learned that Bronzong couldn't learn it. Plus it's able to utilize it really well.

More strong physical Ghost-type moves for Banette.

Give Spiritomb an exclusive item that raises its attacking and speed stats by two (free Swords Dance, Nasty Plot, and Agility). Then give it more STAB moves.

Make more special priority moves. I think there's only one and it's a fucking Fighting-type. Then give them to Gengar and Alakazam.

Maybe give Snorlax Intimidate.

Give Shuckle an evolution.

That's about all I can think of besides the usual Flareon and Charizard.

Change Charizard's Flying typing to :Dragon and give it an ability called Dragon Flight that makes it immune to ground moves and non-SR traps, as well as STAB for flying moves.

Same change for Gyarados and Dragonite as well, not that they need the help.

Swap Ledian's Special Defence with its Attack.

It can pretty much learn *every* punch attack (and even gets Iron Fist), but it doesn't have the stats to actually let it *use* them.

Eevee gets ExtemeSpeed and Slack Off. This means that all Eeveelutions get these moves.
Flareon gets Blaze Kick, and Earthquake. It also gets Quick Feet instead of Guts.
Leafeon gets Nature Power, and Sleep Powder.
Glaceon gets Earth Power, and Agility.
Jolteon gets Overheat, and Encore. It also gets Flare Boost instead of Quick Feet.
Espeon gets Focus Blast, and Cosmic Power.
Umbreon gets Power Swap, and Sword Dance. It also gets Shield Dust instead of Inner Focus
