it really isn't
regular Weavile didn't look ice type, but at least it looked like a dark type

Electivire, primarily black with yellow stripes, can keep the blue eyes.

Snow-white Articuno with blue eyes.

Dragonite that retains Dratini/Dragonair's color scheme.
