A few things MAY happen:

1) Simulators will have an option to not have it or won't have it at all
2) Wifi will have an option to not have it or won't have it at all
3) You just do the same shit to your pokemon and you too can have all the benefits and everyone will have lvl 100 friendship

What makes you think so?

Adding new Pokemon will take no time at all, the only issue for Gen6 are sprites needed.

Adding new moves heavily depends; new moves using completely new functions will take some time while a new damaging moves will take no time at all.

The big issue will be figuring out more complex move interactions, such as Gravity and that sky move last gen.
