Lucario isn't over powered though. He has nice typing and mixed offenses, but is just a little too slow in OU with rather weak defenses.

Scizor is a better pokemon for swords dance priority sweeping. Lucario isn't broken in that regard at all. Its sort of shitty in OU.

The mega will be broken as fuck though.
