I liked the Gen 1 starters a lot, but... Totodile is my absolute favorite of all time, honestly. And, I hate to say this (because I KNOW people are gonna lose their shit over it), but I like the Gen V starters just as much as the Gen I starters, and I thought that way since I first saw the Gen V starters. As far as Gen VI, I'd say it's tied with III, just below I and V. Gen IV has my least favorite starters (actually, least favorite Pokemon in general for Gen IV)
