Unlikely, as it still had the same trait of not wanting to go into the Pokeball. Since Pikachu is the only Pokemon out of countless shown that they've explicitly stated doesn't like to be in a Pokeball, the odds that another Pikachu would have the same trait is statistically impossible.

Every single person he meets is nice to him (unless they get their shit fucked by him and even then they're usually nice at the end), he gets to repeatedly beat the shit out of the absolute worst members of Team Rocket, there's a lot of things that support it.

It's one of the few fan theories I actually believe. I don't know if it was completely intentional or not, but it at least helps make sense of things.
