Well, shit. While only a handful learn it naturally, that means everythings dangerous except Caterpie, Metapod, Weedle, Kakuna, Magikarp, Ditto, Unown, Wobbuffet, Smeargle, Wurmple, Silcoon, Cascoon, Wynaut, Beldum, Kricketot, Burmy, Combee, and Tynamo.
10 of those 18 are fucking bugs, Smeargle can learn Toxic ANYWAY, Ditto can imitate it in Transform, Unown, Wobbuffet, and Wynaut lets not even go there since their fixed move, Beldum too actually.
So we're stuck with Magikarp and Tynamo. Fish.
