What are some of the moves/abilities or pokemon in general you'd like to to see balanced in gen 6?

I personally think weather teams would fit better in their own tier like how flying/levitate battles are in gen 6

Like Run Away being able to always switch out to another pokemon and even when it's locked in

And they somehow makes Honey gather useful

Nerf the steels, they resist too much shit.

Improve the dark type, they resist fuck all and are SE against fuck all as well.

all auto weather abilities induce weather for 5 turns until weather is changed or the inducer is switched back in; then the counter resets.
scald reduced to a 20% burn rate.

Dark only needs more and better moves. They're SUPPOSED to be weak in straight up fights. It's a debuffing and control type.

You understand that's the entire point behind Steel?

They aren't a good attacking type, they're entirely defensive.

The same goes for Dark, they're usually weak defensively and strong offensively, that's their archetype.

Dark should only get better attacks.

Hail needs serious buffing. It needs more than Ice Body and Snow Cloak, it needs an ability that boosts Speed, and it needs to do SOMETHING to boost Ice. I'd say boost their Defense, to make it a counterpart to Sandstorm.

Also, a Rain Dish/Ice Body equivalent of Sun. I imagine that since Helioptile is getting Solar Power and Dry Skin, it's hidden ability will be that.

Fighting, Fire, Ground....Have you ever used any of those pokemon or types before? Plus pretty much almost every steel type has a secondary type that you can pick on for another weakness.

Steel is one of those types that actually go good with almost any other type because it can cover up their weakness so well, or produce fucking monsters like Ferrothorn.

Except it usually gives them a glaring weakness to something Ground, Fire, and Fighting.

Steel/Ghost and Steel/Psychic (especially shit like Bronzong) are the only ones I can think of that are stellar defensive types, the former more than the latter.

Ferrothorn is only really a "Monster" if iit's in the rain.

Otherwise it dies to any fire type special move in an instant.

Actually, I'd make it so that the weather effect is indefinite for ONLY as long as the ability user is out. If it faints or is switched out, the five turn countdown is initiated.

weather has it's own format. But sandstorm and hail can deal more damage if a pokemone is weak to rock/ice. also ice pokemon get boosted def similar to rock pokemon gaining special def. this would accentuate the sand/hail stall. vs the rain/sun sweep.

Lots of dark moves have great effects, and it's only resisted by 3 of the 18 types in the game.

Not everything has to be used because IT HITS DIZ 4 SUPA EFFECTIVE DOMMAGE

Make Psychics immune to Hail as well.

Now hear me out on this one. Hail, at least in Pokemon is associated with Snow, and what does snow do for most peoples minds? Makes them feel very relaxed and comfortable.

If you have more than 105 base Special attack.

A specially defensive Ferrothorn can actually survive a fire move at full health.
