What the fuck, are those heads like sock puppets on its arms, or are those 'arms' really necks because they have heads on the end. Its body looks fat and awkward, and its wings do not look like they should allow flight.
Hydreigon either has three heads and no arms, or one head, and two arms with two stupid sock puppets on the ends instead of hands.
