What is, arguably, the best 4 attacks a Pokemon can have for coverage? I'd imagen Fighting would be one. What others?

Maybe something like fighting, ice, flying and dark. It hits 14 types with SE. Not sure if dragon would be better than flying/dark for neutral coverage.

Correct, Fighting and Dragon currently hit everything for at least neutral damage. Anything after those two is extra, really, but likely something to hit Fairy hard in Gen 6 will be necessary if it resists either of those two.

I'll start with what I know. Flying, Electric, Fighting, and Ground, can hit 543 super effective, and the remaining 126 at normal effectiveness. I dare you to find better.

Ghost/Fighting hits everythibg either neutrally or super effective. Extra coverage with Ground/Water/Grass help, and if you don't need max coverage healing or boosting moves are good.

Nope

Espeon reflects both gastro acid and soak, and isn't weak to electric. You'd need mold breaker as well to get past the magic bounce.
