More of a random crack pairing. People that suggest any evidence from the show are looking way, way too deep into simple things like eye contact and stuff. As far as the manga goes, there is little to no evidence either. Pretty much what the shippers pick up on in the show. There a ton of girlpower shippers that think that PIC RELATED meant Cynthia was wet for Dawn. Really, she was just looking into the room.
