>>13590441I disagree about, erm... fucking animals. No matter what world you're from, I think it's wrong to partake in that act for several reasons. For one, they're not sapient. You can't explain to them why you do the things you do or feel the way you do. I think they did a study, and even the most intelligent animals only have brains comparable to that of a 2-year old human in regards to being sapient (Although they far exceeded humans in other categories).
I also agree to a certain extent that Pokemon, no matter how intelligent, would not be valid choices for sexual partners for the sole reason that our reproductive systems are different.
That being said, I have nothing against the concept of sapient, not to be confused with sentient, Pokemon coexisting with a human in the form of spouses. Just because they act like spouses doesn't mean sex is involved. It basically would be like an extremely close friendship. Then again, I'm the sucker who romanced Tali in Mass Effect and had no issues with the concept of interspeices love.
